Whilst the below process seems exhaustive, the main focus is for Bathroom Experience to steer and direct the client through the maze of selection. If the above process is not followed, it can lead to lengthy delays at installation and manufacturing stages.
Step 1.
Contact.
Contact Bathroom Experience. By this stage we hope that you have familiarised yourself with the Bathroom experience mantra, packages and difference. When you are ready to make a time for a consultation, reach out through our contact page, or by clicking here.
Step 2.
Design Consultation.
One of our design consultants will attend the site, measure up and discuss all aspects of the works. From this point the consultant will organise a further presentation appointment.
Step 3.
Final pricing and presentation.
Once your costings and layout are ready we will present this to you in person, at a suitable appointment time. This step is crucial as when we present our layout and costings we discuss exactly why and how we arrived at the solution and we would much prefer to do this in person.
Step 4.
Closure.
With our presentation complete it’s time to start work on your new Bathroom.
You can select your PC items through our suppliers, we can even meet you at the showrooms to help answer any questions. Once this is complete we can we can set a start date and timeline for construction.
